ppOur client is an international automotive group experiencing strong growth across global markets. /p pTo support its continued expansion and organizational development in Switzerland, we are looking for a hands‑on and pragmatic Human Resources Business Partner who can be quickly available to join the local organization. /p h3The Role /h3 pReporting directly to the HR Director Switzerland, the HR Business Partner will take responsibility for a broad range of operational HR activities across the entire employee lifecycle. The role requires someone who is comfortable combining HR expertise with day‑to‑day execution and who is willing to dive into the work and take ownership of HR topics from start to finish. /p pThe HR Business Partner will work closely with managers, team leaders, and employees, ensuring that HR processes are efficient, consistent, and compliant with Swiss labor law while supporting the continued growth of the organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, offboarding, and terminations. /li liManage recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers and team leaders, including defining profiles, coordinating candidate selection, interviews, offers, and hiring. /li liCoordinate and support the continuous improvement of onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees. /li liManage offboarding and termination processes, ensuring professional execution and compliance with Swiss labor law. /li liAct as a trusted HR point of contact for managers, team leaders, and employees on operational HR matters. /li liSupport managers and team leaders on employee relations, performance, organizational, and other people‑related topics. /li liDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines. /li liEnsure HR practices and processes are aligned with Swiss labor law and local employment requirements. /li liCoordinate payroll activities with the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely transmission of all relevant information. /li liPrepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR‑related documentation. /li liMaintain accurate employee records, HR data, and personnel documentation. /li liPrepare regular and ad hoc HR reporting for the HR Director. /li liSupport the continuous development, improvement, and maintenance of HR processes, policies, procedures, guidelines, tools, and structures as the organization grows. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMax 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience as a Junior HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a comparable broad HR role. /li liStrong hands‑on mentality and willingness to be directly involved in operational HR activities. /li liSolid knowledge of Swiss labor law and local employment practices is an advantage. /li liExperience managing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and termination processes. /li liGood understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee administration. /li liExperience working with outsourced payroll providers is an advantage. /li liStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities independently. /li liHigh level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters. /li liPragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and growing organization. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liFluent German and English are required. /li /ul h3The Opportunity /h3 pThis is an exciting opportunity to join an international automotive group at an important stage of its development in Switzerland. /p pThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to take an active role in building, developing, and strengthening the local HR function.
