Senior Project Manager, Client Services Distribution

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Project Manager in Allschwil to lead a project management team supporting clinical supplies distribution. The role combines team leadership, client portfolio oversight, and process improvement to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop, mentor, and evaluate project managers and support staff; implement performance improvement plans
- Direct project and client selection to ensure accurate and consistent customer delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Participate in sales, marketing, customer visits, audits, and quotation activities
- Provide escalation support for customer issues and coordinate interdepartmental communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health-related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience supporting project management teams
- Previous work experience in healthcare
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- In-depth understanding of clinical trials and business services
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer management skills
- Proficiency with SOPs, quality standards, and analytical problem-solving
