Manager, Global Labeling Product Leader

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager, Global Labeling Product Leader to oversee strategic development and lifecycle management of product labeling across therapeutic areas and regions. Based in Switzerland, this regulatory affairs role involves leading labeling document development, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, revision, review, and maintenance of primary and derived labeling documents (CCDS, USPI, EUPI) for assigned compounds
• Provide advice on labeling content, processes, timelines, and scientific integrity; coordinate resolution of labeling issues
• Contribute to global labeling strategy with understanding of competitor positioning and therapeutic area developments
• Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end labeling processes across the product lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline; Master's, PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred
• Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical industry experience (Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Medical Information, or Pharmacovigilance)
• Minimum 3 years Regulatory Affairs with product labeling and labeling regulations experience preferred
• Understanding of pharmaceutical drug development and ability to communicate scientific concepts
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams in matrix environments with independent work capability
• Experience with document management systems and simultaneous multi-project management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and partnering skills
