Director, Pharmacovigilance Alliance Contracting and Management
Johnson & Johnson
Director-level role leading pharmacovigilance alliance contracting and management for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Oversees global PV contractual relationships, alliance partnerships, and a dedicated team while ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic alignment across third-party collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, negotiation, and execution of global and local pharmacovigilance agreements
- Provide strategic oversight of pharmacovigilance alliance contracting team and talent development
- Serve as senior advisor to leadership on PV contractual obligations, alliance governance, and risk management
- Identify, assess, and manage PV agreement and alliance-related risks with timely escalation
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation of alliance contracting processes and tools
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational capability
- Expertise in pharmacovigilance agreements, contracting, and alliance management
- Strong negotiation skills for complex global contracts and regulatory requirements
- Strategic partnership and relationship management experience with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks
- Experience with process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
