Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Medical Affairs for its gastrointestinal oncology portfolio in Europe. The role provides strategic medical leadership across the region, supporting upcoming product launches and serving as a scientific expert for pancreatic and colorectal cancer programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional gastrointestinal medical strategy aligned with global objectives
- Partner with European country teams to assess local medical needs and identify strategic gaps
- Support product launch readiness activities and pre-launch planning across Europe
- Lead scientific engagement activities including advisory boards, congresses, and medical education
- Provide medical input into clinical development, publication planning, and real-world evidence strategies
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in medical or scientific field
- Expertise in gastrointestinal oncology, particularly pancreatic and colorectal cancers
- Experience in medical affairs strategy development and regional execution
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with clinical, commercial, and regulatory teams
- Knowledge of European market dynamics and healthcare stakeholder landscapes
- Demonstrated scientific leadership and medical governance compliance expertise
