Senior Director, Commercial Supply Chain, Europe

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director to establish and lead European regional supply chain operations for product launches and commercial supply. The role manages packaging, serialization, artwork, demand planning, inventory, and logistics coordination with cross-functional teams and third-party providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional supply chain strategy, business processes, and SOPs aligned with global framework
- Manage secondary packaging, labeling, serialization, and vendor selection for commercial products
- Oversee artwork design, approval, and implementation with Regulatory and Quality coordination
- Coordinate trade and logistics for European shipments and 3PL delivery
- Manage inventory data, ERP implementation, and respond to supply shortages or launch delays
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in scientific field with 12+ years pharmaceutical supply chain experience
- 18+ years experience including biotech build-out preferred
- Commercial product launch preparation and execution experience
- Secondary packaging, labeling, serialization, and validation expertise
- Supply chain team leadership and managerial experience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and CMC processes
- ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle NetSuite
