Associate Director, Healthcare Compliance Operations, Europe

Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director of Healthcare Compliance Operations for its Europe region based in Basel, Switzerland. This role will establish and manage compliance infrastructure, processes, and systems to support the company's European commercialization activities and ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards across healthcare professional and organizational interactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of Europe region healthcare compliance operations model
- Translate global compliance standards into scalable, region-specific processes
- Provide risk-based guidance on healthcare community transactions and interactions
- Establish procedures, controls, and documentation for compliance activities
- Support implementation and management of compliance systems and technology solutions
Requirements
- Healthcare compliance operations experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Knowledge of European and local-country regulatory requirements and industry codes
- Proficiency with compliance technology systems and data management
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with medical affairs, commercial, legal, and finance teams
- Experience developing compliance processes, controls, and standard operating procedures
- Strong analytical capability to identify compliance risks and trends
