Director, Medical Content and Training, Europe

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Medical Content and Training for Europe to develop and execute medical affairs training strategies and scientific content resources. The role supports Field Medical Advisors and Medical Science Liaisons across the region, ensuring they have current, rigorous materials and expertise for oncology product launches and external scientific engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive medical affairs training roadmap for European region
- Design and implement scientific training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development
- Oversee regionalization and creation of scientific materials for external stakeholder engagement
- Organize scientific forums, journal clubs, and training workshops to maintain team competency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure medical content alignment with strategy and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Medical affairs training program development and execution experience
- Scientific knowledge of oncology therapeutic area
- Experience designing professional development curricula for field teams
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Medical content development and regulatory compliance knowledge
- European medical affairs landscape familiarity
