The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, experience working in Agile environments, and hands‑on expertise in developing and configuring solutions using FNZ Studio. Experience with other BPM/workflow platforms will be considered an added advantage. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipDesign, develop, configure, and enhance business workflows and solutions using FNZ Studio (Version 2025). /p /li lipCollaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. /p /li lipParticipate in solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities. /p /li lipAnalyze complex business processes and recommend efficient automation and workflow improvements. /p /li lipTroubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents. /p /li lipEnsure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices. /p /li lipParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. /p /li lipContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams. /p /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul lipIndividual career path /p /li lipAccess to countless trainings and certification offerings /p /li lipA knowledge sharing culture /p /li lipAn environment where you are actively contributing your ideas /p /li lipThe possibility to work in projects in one of the largest IT companies /p /li /ul h3Required technical and professional expertise /h3 ul lip4-10 years of software development experience. /p /li lipHands‑on experience with FNZ Studio OR IBM BPM. /p /li lipCandidates with strong IBM BPM and a willingness to learn FNZ Studio will also be considered. /p /li lipFNZ Studio experience is preferred; however, it is not mandatory for candidates with relevant BPM/workflow experience and a strong willingness to develop FNZ Studio expertise. /p /li lipStrong domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services, preferably in wealth management, investment platforms, capital markets, or financial operations. /p /li lipExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. /p /li lipExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. /p /li lipAbility to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. /p /li lipStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /p /li lipFluent in English. /p /li lipSwiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit. /p /li /ul h3Preferred technical and professional experience /h3 ul lipFluency in French is a strong plus. /p /li lipStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail. /p /li lipExcellent collaboration and teamwork skills. /p /li lipAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities. /p /li lipCustomer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions. /p /li lipAdaptability to changing business priorities and technologies. /p /li /ul pIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
