Helvetic Payroll poursuit son développement et renforce son équipe commerciale.
Nous recherchons un(e) Business Developer spécialisé(e) Payrolling , rattaché(e) à notre Sales Director & Deputy CEO, pour accélérer notre croissance en Suisse romande.
Ta mission :
Être au cœur de notre stratégie de développement Payrolling et promouvoir nos solutions auprès de clients stratégiques.
Tes principales responsabilités :
Développer et piloter un portefeuille de prospects et clients pour générer de nouvelles opportunités ;
Collaborer étroitement avec nos KAM et notre équipe basée à Zurich ;
Être l’interlocuteur privilégié sur toutes les questions liées au payrolling ;
Participer à des événements RH et groupes de réflexion autour du Future of Work ;
Nouer et animer des partenariats stratégiques avec des acteurs clés du marché.
Ton profil :
Minimum 1 an d’expérience commerciale, idéalement en cabinet de conseil ou en recrutement ;
Sens du service client, aisance relationnelle et excellentes capacités de communication ;
Goût pour la négociation et appétence pour le développement commercial ;
Français & Anglais courant (l’allemand est un plus)
