Pour notre client basé à Genève, nous recherchons activement un·e Payroll Specialist (H/F)
Vos responsabilités
- Gérer de manière autonome un portefeuille de clients pour l'ensemble des activités de gestion des salaires , dans le respect des lois suisses , CCT et directives en vigueur
- Traiter les salaires mensuels et assurer l'exactitude des fichiers de paiements et des journaux comptables
- Établir, contrôler et transmettre les certificats de salaire annuels
- Effectuer les déclarations sociales et fiscales (impôt à la source, AVS/AI/APG, allocations familiales, LPP, assurances)
- Produire les rapports mensuels et annuels destinés aux clients et aux autorités
- Accompagner et conseiller les clients dans leurs démarches administratives liées aux salaires
- Identifier et résoudre de manière proactive les problématiques liées à la paie et aux assurances sociales
- CFC d'employé·e de commerce , maturité professionnelle ou formation jugée équivalente
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience confirmée dans la gestion des salaires en Suisse
- Excellente connaissance des CCT suisses et de la législation sociale et fiscale
- Très à l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels ( Word, Excel, Outlook )
- Maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Bonnes connaissances en anglais et/ou allemand : un réel atout
- Personnalité rigoureuse, autonome, orientée solutions et dotée d'un bon sens du service client
