Au sein du Département des Ressources Humaines, vous occuperez un rôle clé. Vous soutiendrez la Head of Compensation & Benefits et SIRH dans la définition et le pilotage de la politique de rémunération de la Banque, en Suisse comme à l'international (Singapour, Hong Kong et UAE). Véritable partenaire des équipes RH et Finance, vous contribuerez à analyser et faire évoluer les dispositifs de rémunération et de pilotage RH, dans un environnement exigeant. Vous interviendrez notamment sur les sujets suivants : Pilotage de la campagne annuelle Global Compensation Review : définition des besoins, simulations de distribution des enveloppes, contrôles du respect des budgets et de la politique de rémunération, préparation d'analyses, rapports, annonces et autres instructions de paiement Conduite des travaux de benchmarks de rémunération et d'avantages : mise à jour des référentiels, analyses comparatives, recommandations Élaboration d'analyses et de recommandations salariales dans le cadre des recrutements et des mobilités internationales Suivi de la performance des Relationship Managers et production des analyses de rentabilité Suivi des provisions en collaboration avec le Contrôle de gestion et l'Administration des salaires Traitement des rémunérations différées : calculs, instructions de paiement, provisions et projections Production de reportings et d'indicateurs RH de pilotage Gestion de la base de projection des effectifs de la Banque Contribution à l'amélioration continue des outils et processus RH. Expérience avérée dans une fonction Compensation & Benefits ou dans le domaine du Contrôle de gestion / Strategic planning. Formation universitaire en Finance, Statistiques ou Data..
