Commercial Support Specialist (F/H/N)

Notre client est un acteur international du secteur financier, reconnu pour son expertise et son engagement auprès des entreprises. Il accompagne ses clients dans leurs projets de croissance en proposant des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins, au sein de secteurs variés tels que l'industrie, le transport, les technologies, la santé et l'énergie verte.
Vous accompagnez les clients et partenaires tout au long du cycle de vie des dossiers de financement.
Vous assurez un rôle d'interlocuteur privilégié auprès des clients, fournisseurs et partenaires.
Vous coordonnez les différentes étapes des dossiers, de l'émission de l'offre jusqu'à la contractualisation.
Vous garantissez la qualité et la conformité administrative des dossiers.
Vous apportez un support quotidien aux équipes commerciales et contribuez activement à la satisfaction client.
Vous répondez aux demandes clients avec réactivité et professionnalisme.
Vous gérez des dossiers complexes nécessitant rigueur, organisation et sens du détail.
Vous participez au traitement des sujets liés aux assurances et au suivi administratif des contrats.
Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes nationales

Expérience en relation client B2B
Français (C2) - Allemand (B2) et/ou Anglais (C1)
Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans la relation client dans un environnement B2B, idéalement de services.
Vous disposez d'une excellente capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec méthode et précision.
Vous démontrez une forte orientation client et un excellent sens du service.
Vous appréciez les échanges quotidiens avec des interlocuteurs variés et savez créer des relations de confiance.
Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de proactivité et d'un réel esprit d'équipe.
Vous possédez une fi
e commerciale et une intelligence relationnelle développée.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français (C1), d'allemand (B2) et/ou d'anglais (C1)
