Corporate Insurance Advisor FR / ENG 100% (m / f)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Corporate Insurance Advisor FR / ENG on a permanent 100% contract based in Geneva and/or Lausanne. The collaborator will be responsible for developing and managing a corporate insurance portfolio.

Our client is a prominent player active in insurance and pension brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Management, development and retention of a corporate insurance portfolio;
• Assessing needs and co-constructing insurance architectures tailored to clients' requirements;
• Implementing a risk management policy adapted to clients;
• Conducting tenders: specifications, comparisons, presentations and negotiations;
• Setting up programmes with companies and partners;
• Supporting and facilitating the management of complex claims;
• Monitoring & continuous improvement: short rituals (reviews, retrospectives), knowledge sharing, opportunity detection;
• Client and management reporting;
• Participation in the daily life of the office.

Candidate Profile

• Training in insurance;
• AFA certification or Federal Insurance Diploma (or equivalent);
• Similar professional experience in brokerage and/or insurance companies on corporate insurance portfolios in Switzerland;
• Preferred branches: property and casualty;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Good command of English, both spoken and written;
• Knowledge of German is an asset;
• Proactive, organised, rigorous & solution-oriented;
• Comfortable with digital tools and artificial intelligence;
• Feedback culture.
