Notre client, une entreprise reconnue dans son secteur d’activité, recherche un(e) Manager Contentieux pour piloter et structurer l’ensemble des activités liées au recouvrement et à la gestion des litiges.
Responsabilités
- Superviser l’équipe contentieux et coordonner les actions de recouvrement amiable et judiciaire.
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie contentieuse de l’entreprise.
- Assurer le suivi des procédures judiciaires en lien avec les conseils externes.
- Analyser les risques juridiques et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les départements finance, juridique et commercial.
- Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance et assurer un reporting régulier à la direction.
Votre profil
- Formation supérieure en droit (Master 2 en droit des affaires, droit privé ou équivalent).
- Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en gestion de contentieux, idéalement en entreprise ou cabinet.
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de négociation et de leadership.
- Maîtrise des procédures civiles et commerciales.
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et esprit d’équipe.
