key account manager für die romandie, 100% (w/m/d)
aufgaben
- sie betreuen und entwickeln bestehende schlüsselkunden in der romandie und bauen die marktposition gezielt weiter aus
- dabei identifizieren und akquirieren sie neue kunden sowie neue geschäftsmöglichkeiten bei bestehenden kunden
- sie begleiten den gesamten verkaufsprozess von der ersten kontaktaufnahme, über die technische bedarfsanalyse und lösungsfindung bis hin zum erfolgreichen abschluss
- zudem führen sie preis- sowie vertragsverhandlungen und erarbeiten individuelle kundenstrategien
- in enger zusammenarbeit mit den internen fachabteilungen entwickeln sie passende technische lösungen und bringen kunden sowie marktinformationen aktiv in das unternehmen ein
- die systematische pflege der verkaufsaktivitäten, kundeninformationen und forecasts im crm system rundet ihr vielseitiges un anspruchsvolles aufgabengebiet ab
anforderungen
- sie verfügen über eine technische grundausbildung oder ein technisches studium, idealerweise in den bereichen automation, maschinenbau, pneumatik oder in einer verwandten fachrichtung (w/m/d)
- zudem bringen sie erfahrung im technischen verkauf, im key account management oder in der gebietsverkaufsleitung mit
- wichtig sind ausgeprägte verkäuferische fähigkeiten sowie freude daran, bestehende geschäftsbeziehungen auszubauen und neue kunden zu gewinnen
- fliessende französischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, gute deutschkenntnisse sind ebenfalls wichtig
- idealerweise kennen sie den schweizer industriemarkt und verfügen bereits über ein entsprechendes kundennetzwerk
- es besteht keine regelmässige präsenzpflicht am firmenstandort in der ostschweiz, der fokus liegt auf den kundenbesuchen in der verkaufsregion
- bezeichnen sie sich als initiative, unternehmerisch denkende und abschlussstarke persönlichkeit mit technischem verständnis und einem überzeugenden auftreten?
