Un Wealth Manager.
Soutenir un Wealth Manager dans ses activités de développement commercial et de prospection.
Maintenir et enrichir les bases de données de prospects, contacts et réseaux.
Assurer le suivi rigoureux des opportunités et mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour faire progresser les dossiers.
Préparer les rendez-vous d'affaires : recherches, historique des échanges, documentation, présentations et supports marketing.
Organiser les déplacements, agendas et rencontres professionnelles.
Prendre le relais sur les aspects organisationnels lorsque le Wealth Manager est en déplacement ou indisponible.
Rédiger et envoyer des communications à destination de prospects existants ou dormants.
Participer activement à la présence digitale de l'activité : LinkedIn, site internet, supports marketing et communication.
Assurer certaines missions d'assistance exécutive et personnelle ponctuelles (voyages, correspondances, recherches, reportings, démarches administratives).
Analyser les situations, prioriser les actions et s'assurer qu'aucun sujet ne reste sans suivi.

Vous avez envie d'accompagner un directeur commercial dans son developpement.
Vous cherchez un 50%.
Expérience dans la banque privée, la gestion de fortune, le luxe, l'hôtellerie haut de gamme ou tout environnement de clientèle premium.
Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, idéalement démontrée par un parcours anglophone ou une certification reconnue (Cam
idge, First Certificate, IELTS, TOEFL ou équivalent).
Français irréprochable à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
Très forte aisance avec les outils digitaux et les modes de communication modernes (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, CRM, outils collaboratifs, gestion de contenu web).
Capacité à gérer des listes de clients, prospects et réseaux relationnels complexes.
Intelligence relationnelle, sens politique et compréhension des codes d'une clientèle fortunée et internationale.
Autonomie, sens de l'initiative et forte capacité d'organisation.
Profil dynamique, réactif et orienté solutions.
Capacité à analyser une situation et agir de manière proactive sans supervision constante.
Personnalité discrète, fiable, efficace et pragmatique.
Culture internationale, parcours ou éducation internationale appréciés.
Un rôle clé aux côtés d'un Wealth Manager expérimenté et entrepreneurial.
