Notre client est une société de gestion de fortune indépendante basée à Genève, reconnue pour son approche personnalisée et sa relation de proximité avec une clientèle privée exigeante. Dans le cadre de son développement, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement entrepreneurial offrant une grande autonomie et une réelle flexibilité dans l'organisation du travail.
Vos responsabilités
- Développer, gérer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients privés fortunés (HNWI/UHNWI)
- Assurer un accompagnement patrimonial personnalisé et proposer des solutions adaptées aux objectifs et au profil de risque des clients
- Participer activement au développement commercial grâce à votre réseau et à vos relations de confiance
- Accompagner vos clients dans une approche de long terme et contribuer à leur satisfaction
- Travailler de manière autonome tout en bénéficiant du soutien d'une structure indépendante reconnue
- Contribuer au développement et à la croissance de la société
- Garantir le respect des exigences réglementaires et des standards de conformité
Votre profil
- Vous justifiez de 5 à 10 années d'expérience minimum en gestion de fortune privée, acquises au sein d'une banque privée, d'un gestionnaire de fortune indépendant, d'un family office ou d'un établissement financier reconnu
- Vous disposez d'une approche entrepreneuriale et appréciez travailler avec un haut degré d'autonomie
- Vous avez développé un réseau de clientèle privée et êtes idéalement en mesure d'apporter un portefeuille d'actifs sous gestion (minimum CHF 15 à 20 millions)
- Vous possédez une excellente connaissance des marchés financiers et des solutions de gestion de fortune
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre professionnalisme, votre discrétion et votre sens du service
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais ; toute autre langue constitue un atout
- Vous souhaitez rejoindre une structure à taille humaine favorisant l'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et personnelle
