Senior Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager

Notre client est une société de gestion de fortune indépendante basée à Genève, reconnue pour son approche personnalisée et sa relation de proximité avec une clientèle privée exigeante. Dans le cadre de son développement, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Relationship Manager afin de renforcer son équipe.
Vos responsabilités
- Développer, gérer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients privés fortunés (HNWI/UHNWI)
- Assurer un accompagnement patrimonial sur mesure et identifier les opportunités de développement
- Participer activement à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients grâce à votre réseau et à vos démarches commerciales
- Conseiller les clients sur les solutions d'investissement adaptées à leurs objectifs et à leur profil de risque
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de garantir une qualité de service irréprochable
- Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires et des procédures de conformité
- Contribuer au développement de la visibilité et de la croissance de la société
Votre profil
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 10 années d'expérience dans la gestion de fortune privée et disposez d'une solide expérience dans le développement et la gestion de relations clients
- Vous avez démontré votre capacité à développer une activité commerciale et à fidéliser une clientèle exigeante
- Vous possédez une excellente connaissance des marchés financiers et des solutions de gestion de fortune
- Vous faites preuve d'un fort sens du service, de discrétion et de professionnalisme
- Vous appréciez évoluer dans un environnement entrepreneurial offrant autonomie et proximité avec les décideurs
- Vous avez acquis votre expérience au sein d'une banque privée, d'un gestionnaire de fortune indépendant, d'un family office ou d'un établissement financier reconnu
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais ; toute autre langue constitue un atout
