Our client is an independent wealth management and multi-family office platform serving an international private client base. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Client Portfolio Manager / Investment Associate to join their Geneva office. Job Description:

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coverage & Relationship Management

• Act as a key point of contact for a defined group of private clients.
• Participate in and lead regular client meetings and portfolio reviews.
• Respond to client requests and coordinate internally to ensure timely execution.
• Build trusted relationships through responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ensure all client matters are followed through to completion.

Portfolio Management Support

• Work closely with Portfolio Managers on portfolio implementation and monitoring.
• Prepare investment recommendations and supporting materials for client discussions.
• Participate in investment due diligence processes across public and private market opportunities.
• Attend meetings and calls with external asset managers, hedge funds and private equity sponsors.
• Contribute to investment research and portfolio analysis as required.

Trade & Investment Execution

• Prepare trade instructions and ensure accurate implementation of investment decisions.
• Coordinate with operations teams regarding portfolio actions, subscriptions, redemptions and cash movements.
• Monitor execution and verify that transactions have been completed correctly.
• Identify and resolve any issues proactively.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all portfolio activities.

Coordination & Oversight

• Act as the central coordinator between clients, portfolio managers and operations teams.
• Monitor ongoing projects and client requests to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong internal communication and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Take ownership of assigned portfolios and ensure that no action item remains unresolved.

The Successful Applicant:

Candidate ProfileExperience

• 3-5 years of experience within wealth management, private banking, family office, external asset management or a related environment.
• Experience working directly with client portfolios and investment implementation.
• Exposure to both public and private market investments is advantageous.
• Previous client-facing experience is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Knowledge of portfolio construction principles and investment processes.
• Experience supporting portfolio managers or investment advisors.
• CFA Level I completed or in progress is viewed positively.
