Area Sales Manager:in & Medical Consultant Care (80%)
Als Area Sales Manager & Medical Consultant Care verstärkst du unser Team im Verkaufsgebiet GE und VS. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den Umsatz und Ertrag in deinem Gebiet und betreust unsere Kundengruppen Heime und Spitex. Durch deinen leistungs- und zielorientierten Ansatz sowie deine Hunter-Mentalität gelingt es dir, Neukunden zu gewinnen und langfristige Kundenbindungen aufzubauen. Dein ausgeprägtes Verkaufsflair und deine Fähigkeit zum Cross-Selling über das gesamte Sortiment der IVF Hartmann AG unterstützen dich dabei, alle Module unserer digitalen Hartmanneasy-Lösungen (Order, Care, Analysis, Shelf, Inventory) erfolgreich einzusetzen.
Als Teamplayer arbeitest du eng mit deinen Kollegen zusammen und bringst eine Affinität zu digitalen Lösungen und Tools mit. Du verfügst über ein gutes Zeitmanagement und zeichnest dich durch Effizienz und Effektivität aus. Zudem kommunizierst du auf verhandlungssicherem Französisch, was dir dabei hilft, Kundenschulungen in den Fokus-Sortimenten Inkontinenz, Wunde und Solutions kompetent durchzuführen.
Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Vertrieb oder Gesundheitswesen, Erfahrungen in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit ausgeprägtem Verkaufsflair, Hunter-Mentalität und Fokus auf Neukundengewinnung
- Verhandlungssichere Französischkenntnisse für die Kundenbetreuung und Schulungen im Verkaufsgebiet, sowie passable Deutschkenntnisse für die interne Kommunikation
- Leistungs- und Zielorientierung, mit starker Umsatzverantwortung und Affinität zu digitalen Lösungen
- Digital affin und effizient, mit einem starken Gespür für Zeitmanagement und strukturiertes Arbeiten
