AI Nexus treibt die KI-Einführung in unserer Organisation voran. Dein Fokus: Mitarbeiterakzeptanz und Change Management. Du kombinierst akademische Forschung mit praktischer Programmarbeit. Du untersuchst, wie Mitarbeitende KI-Tools in der Praxis annehmen. Deine Erkenntnisse prägen direkt unsere Einführungsstrategie. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Kernteam von AI Nexus zusammen. Zudem kooperierst du mit deiner Hochschulbetreuung. Wir unterstützen akademische Zusammenarbeit und schätzen externe Validierung unseres Ansatzes.
Diese Rolle passt zu einem neugierigen, menschenorientierten Studierenden. Du solltest sowohl Forschung als auch praktische Veränderungsarbeit mögen. Im Gegenzug sammelst du echte Transformationserfahrung in einem globalen Unternehmen. Du baust ein Netzwerk über Funktionen und Regionen auf. Flexible und hybride Arbeitsmodelle sind möglich.
So gestaltest du Wirkung
- Verfasse deine Masterarbeit zu KI-Einführung und organisationaler Transformation
- Entwerfe und führe Mitarbeiterbefragungen, Interviews und Akzeptanzbewertungen durch
- Analysiere Akzeptanzdaten und identifiziere Barrieren und Förderfaktoren
- Entwickle praktische Change-Management- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Unterstütze Rollout-Aktivitäten, Schulungen und Community-Engagement
- Übersetze akademische Forschung in umsetzbare Empfehlungen
- Teile Erkenntnisse mit Programmleitung und Stakeholdern
Dein Hintergrund
- Eingeschriebener Masterstudierender in Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Personalwesen oder einem verwandten Fach
- Thesisthema im Bereich KI-Einführung, Change Management oder Transformation
- Interesse an KI und deren Einfluss auf Arbeitsweisen
- Grundkenntnisse in qualitativen und quantitativen Forschungsmethoden
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; sicher im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden aller Ebenen
- Fließend in Englisch, Deutsch ist von Vorteil
