At Deloitte you act as a self-starter and entrepreneur at the same time. Your team, Service Delivery Transformation will ask you to think big and to bring in new ideas in the area of Robotics & Cognitive Innovation, Global Business Services and Business Process Outsourcing:

- You will typically be working on engagement with a large, global scope that provide room for creative and self-motivated work with a mixture of technical and non-technical opportunities.
- Our team advises, supports and guide our clients in all aspects of GBS, BPO and Robotics. This entails:

• Advisory and execution engagements regarding sourcing models for key business functions (build vs buy) 
• Supporting our clients with their Business Process Outsourcing (RFI, RFP and health checks)
• Analyzing processes for automation and then configuring software robots 
• Designing future operating models and preparing the rollout plan to execute transition and transformations
• Advising on governance models for global business services, service management and robotics

- Next to working on client engagements, you will also be supporting client proposals development and you will be participating in the internal practice development initiatives

- Initial professional experience in a corporate environment – project management, analytics, or transformation experience is desired
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
- Completed University Master degree preferably with a Business/IT major
- Fluent English and German; any other additional languages are advantageous
- Flexibility to travel
