- Write your Master's thesis on AI adoption and organizational transformation
- Design and run employee surveys, interviews, and adoption assessments
- Analyze adoption data and identify barriers and enablers
- Develop practical change management and communication measures
- Support rollout activities, trainings, and community engagement
- Translate academic research into actionable recommendations
- Share findings with program leadership and stakeholders
- Enrolled Master's student in business, psychology, HR, or a related field
- Thesis topic aligned with AI adoption, change management, or transformation
- Interest in AI and its impact on ways of working
- Basic skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging with employees at all levels
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
