2026 Off-cycle Internship - GWM EEIA Business Management - ZH

Your role Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world's top financial institutions?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business. You'll get to:
• support market leadership and ensuring seamless communication with the sector team
• support our sector and market heads in driving business performance, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and following up on action items
• coordinate and track sector-level projects and initiatives, making sure deadlines are met and resources are used efficiently
• manage relationships with Operations, Business Risk, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc. To resolve issues quickly
• lead or support change initiatives that improve how we work, both within the sector and in your dedicated markets Your team You'll be working in the WM Eastern Europe, Israel, Africa Chief of Staff team, based in Zurich. Our team's mission is to support the sector and market heads in driving business performance and operational excellence across the EEIA sector and its markets. We work closely with colleagues across the EMEA region and the wider GWM organization, connecting ideas and people to deliver results. Your expertise We're looking for a candidate who:
• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on getting things done
• has the ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and cultures
• has outstanding communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
• is open to change and able to spot opportunities for improvement
• is passionate about delivering value and making a difference
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
