About the role:

Want to expand your network and real-world insights into Switzerland's #1 AI startup, without putting your studies on hold? Join our team as Office Coordinator (Working Student) , and help shape the Zurich HQ environment where high-caliber teams across Engineering & Product, GTM, and Operations work. You'll be right in the middle of it, keeping the operational gears turning smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Vendor & supplier coordination: Be the point of contact for facility services and suppliers

• Office inventory: Keep our supplies fully stocked, from the Mate fridge and coffee selection to snacks, kitchen essentials, and meeting room supplies

• Office readiness: Keep our office (meeting rooms, kitchen, etc.) guest-ready, for meetings, candidate interviews, and visitors alike

• Team events: Help bring our team-driven event calendar to life, s.a. foil-surfing, mate tasting, carting, lan party, movie night, hiking, and much more

• Ad hoc support: Jump in wherever project coordination is needed

You're a great fit if you:

• You're enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a university or university of applied sciences (a great stepping stone toward a full-time business, go-to-market, or similar role after graduation)

• You can be on-site every other day; we're flexible around your lectures and semester schedule

• You're hands-on, proactive, and genuinely curious about tech startups and entrepreneurship

• You're well-organized, diligent, and reliable, with a can-do attitude

• You're fluent in written and spoken English and German
