Für unseren Standort Zürich suchen wir einen erfahrenen Head of Engineering (m/w/d) , der technische Exzellenz mit unternehmerischem Denken verbindet. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die Führung der Engineering-Organisation und schaffen die Voraussetzungen für schnelle, eigenverantwortliche Entscheidungen und eine konsequente Umsetzung. Dabei verbinden Sie die Agilität und Entscheidungsstärke eines mittelständischen Umfelds mit den technologischen Möglichkeiten, dem Know-how und den Ressourcen eines internationalen Technologiekonzerns.
Konkret kommen auf Sie folgende Herausforderungen zu:
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Engineering-Organisation am Standort Zürich
- Definition klarer technischer und organisatorischer Prioritäten sowie konsequente Umsetzung getroffener Entscheidungen
- Weiterentwicklung von Teams, Führungskräften, Kompetenzen und Engineering-Prozessen
- Sicherstellung eines ausgewogenen Verhältnisses von Qualität, Terminen, Kosten und technischer Performance
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse mit Fokus auf Effizienz und Geschwindigkeit unter Berücksichtigung konzernweiter Strukturen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Programmmanagement, Operations, Business Development und weiteren internationalen Rheinmetall-Einheiten
- Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen und strategischen Zielen in belastbare technische Lösungen
- Förderung einer Kultur von Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsstärke und konsequenter Ergebnisorientierung
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Dipl. Ing. ETH/FH
- Militärische Ausbildung im Bereich FLAB/BODLUV von Vorteil
- Sehr gutes Business- und Produktverständnis
- Professionalität in der Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung
- Proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und belastbar
- Organisationstalent mit "Hands-on" Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
