Head of Integrated Product Support (IPS) Management (m/w/d)

Wir entwickeln und betreiben hochkomplexe Flugabwehrsysteme, mit denen wir Lufträume sichern und Leben schützen. Als Head of IPS übernehmen Sie eine strategische Schlüsselrolle, in der Sie den gesamten Lebenszyklus-Support unserer Systeme von der Angebotsphase bis zum laufenden Einsatz beim Kunden prägen.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des IPS-Teams sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für die Definition, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der IPS-Konzepte nach den internationalen Standards ASD/AIA S-Serie (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L)
  • Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft (Operational Readiness) und des Integrated Product Support über den gesamten Systemlebenszyklus
  • Verankerung der IPS-Anforderungen in Angebots-, Bid- und Entwicklungsphasen unter Berücksichtigung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte
  • Beratung und Betreuung internationaler Militär- und Regierungskunden sowie Entwicklung massgeschneiderter Support-Konzepte
  • Steuerung und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IPS-Prozesse und -Tools und gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung einer hohen Systemverfügbarkeit sowie der Optimierung der Lebenszykluskosten (LCC)

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung, die durch ein betriebswirtschaftliches Fundament ergänzt wird
  • Mindestens 5–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS), idealerweise im Defence- oder Luftfahrtumfeld
  • Militärischer Hintergrund: Offiziersausbildung (Miliz oder Beruf) und Verständnis für militärische Logistik- und Führungsprozesse sind von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ASD-Spezifikationen (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L) sowie Erfahrung mit LSA- und RAMS-Analysen
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung interdisziplinärer, technischer Teams
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau C1)
  • Eine einwandfreie Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Background Check) ist für diese Stelle zwingend erforderlich
