Als Head of Quality (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Quality-Organisation und entwickeln diese konsequent weiter. Dabei verbinden Sie hohe Qualitätsansprüche mit unternehmerischem Denken, Pragmatismus und Geschwindigkeit.

Sie verstehen Quality nicht nur als Kontrollinstanz, sondern als strategischen Partner des Business – mit dem Anspruch, Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen, Komplexität zu reduzieren und die Leistungsfähigkeit der gesamten Organisation kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

Sie entwickeln unsere Quality-Strategie weiter und setzen gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung klare Prioritäten für deren Umsetzung
Sie führen und entwickeln die Quality-Organisation und schaffen ein Umfeld, in dem Ownership, Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung gelebt werden
Sie machen Qualität messbar: Mit klaren Zielen, aussagekräftigen KPIs und einem wirkungsorientierten Reporting schaffen Sie Transparenz und ermöglichen fundierte Entscheidungen
Sie hinterfragen bestehende Prozesse und Strukturen, identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und treiben pragmatische und nachhaltige Lösungen konsequent voran
Sie stellen die Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems sowie die Einhaltung relevanter Standards, Zertifizierungen und regulatorischer Anforderungen sicher
Sie steuern bereichsübergreifende Qualitäts- und Verbesserungsinitiativen und sorgen dafür, dass aus Erkenntnissen konkrete Massnahmen und messbare Verbesserungen entstehen
Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Engineering, Produktion, Projektmanagement und weiteren Bereichen bringen Sie unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammen und schaffen tragfähige Lösungen
Sie stärken eine Qualitätskultur, in der Qualität nicht allein Aufgabe der Quality-Organisation ist, sondern gemeinsame Verantwortung des gesamten Unternehmens

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Abgeschlossenes technisches, naturwissenschaftliches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Qualitätsmanagement, Produktion, Technik oder vergleichbarer Ausrichtung
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld
Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstrategien sowie in der Weiterentwicklung von Managementsystemen und Organisationsstrukturen
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Projekte und Veränderungsvorhaben
Sehr gute Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitätsstandards und Managementsysteme, insbesondere ISO 9001; Kenntnisse weiterer einschlägiger Normen von Vorteil
Ausgeprägtes strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert zu analysieren und managementgerecht aufzubereiten
Hohe Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Geschäftsführung, Management und unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
Ausgeprägte Veränderungs-, Umsetzungs- und Konfliktkompetenz sowie ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
