Production Manager - Riyadh SA

What You'll Do

You will own the execution of the production plan — scheduling work, allocating labor and machines, monitoring output and quality in real time, and resolving bottlenecks to keep the line running. You will lead supervisors and operators, drive productivity improvements, and ensure every shift meets its safety, quality, and volume targets.

Key responsibilities include:

Plan, schedule, and control daily production to meet output and on-time delivery targets

Allocate labor, machines, and materials across shifts to maximize utilization and throughput

Monitor production KPIs (OEE, output, yield, scrap, downtime) and act quickly to close gaps

Lead, supervise, and develop production supervisors and operators across all shifts

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications, working closely with the QA/QC team

Drive continuous improvement on the shop floor through Lean, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives

Enforce HSE standards and maintain a safe, clean, and disciplined production environment

Coordinate with planning, maintenance, warehouse, and quality to keep production flowing

Manage production consumables and control waste, rework, and overtime

Maintain accurate production records and report performance to plant management

Who We're Looking For

You have a degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline, with solid experience managing production operations in a manufacturing environment. You are a hands-on shop-floor leader who can hit targets under pressure while keeping teams safe, motivated, and accountable.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and shop-floor management

Practical understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools

Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001) and QA/QC processes

Experience with ERP/MES systems and KPI-based performance management

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Manager, Shift Manager, or Production Supervisor on a manufacturing site

Track record of meeting output, quality, and efficiency targets

Experience leading and developing production teams

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and team-management abilities

Problem-solving and decision-making under production pressure

Effective communication and coordination across departments

Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
