What You'll Do
You will lead commercial operations across the region, from strategy and business development to bidding, contracts, and margin management. You will build and lead the commercial team, develop major client relationships, and drive profitable, sustainable growth in the Middle East market.
Key responsibilities include:
• Define and execute the regional commercial strategy and growth plan
• Own regional revenue, margin, and commercial performance targets
• Lead business development and build senior client and partner relationships
• Oversee bidding, pricing, negotiation, and contract strategy
• Manage commercial risk, terms, and contract governance across projects
• Build, lead, and develop the regional commercial team
• Represent the company with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region
• Report commercial performance and pipeline to executive leadership
Who We're Looking For
You have a degree in Engineering, Business, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with extensive commercial leadership experience in construction, data centers, or large-scale projects in the Middle East. You are a strategic, relationship-driven leader with strong regional market knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong commercial, contractual, and negotiation expertise
• Deep knowledge of the Middle East construction / infrastructure market
• Proven ability to lead business development and win major projects
• Experience with data center / mission-critical projects is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong plus
Experience Requirements
• Extensive experience in a senior commercial leadership role in the region
• Track record of driving revenue growth and profitable delivery
• Established client and partner network in the Middle East

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
