Document Controller - Riyadh SA

Key responsibilities include:
• Manage the document control system, numbering, and version control
• Register, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents and transmittals
• Ensure teams work from the latest approved revisions
• Maintain document registers, logs, and status reporting
• Manage submittals, drawings, RFIs, and correspondence flows
• Ensure documentation compliance with project and company procedures
• Support audits with complete, traceable document records
• Archive project documentation and support handover / close-out
Who We're Looking For
You have relevant qualifications and proven experience in document control on construction or engineering projects. You are highly organized, meticulous, and comfortable with document management systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong knowledge of document control processes and standards
• Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or similar)
• Excellent organization and record-keeping skills
• Experience in construction or engineering projects is an advantage
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience Requirements
• Proven experience as a Document Controller
• Experience with EDMS platforms and project documentation
• Background in construction, engineering, or industrial projects
Soft Skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Reliability and consistency
• Clear communication and coordination
• Discretion with confidential information
