To guide and influence customers in the early stages of their digital transformation journey for a world-class engagement experience. This role focuses on expanding SAP’s footprint and maximizing impact through strategic focus, adoption of digital tools, and leveraging the digital team to enlarge the Customer Experience Footprint in Switzerland.

 

What you'll build

• Identify and prioritize target accounts across the Swiss market.
• Research customers, stakeholders, and business initiatives to uncover opportunities.
• Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns and generate qualified pipeline for Solution Sales Executives.
• Engage multiple decision-makers within enterprise accounts and expand customer conversations.
• Partner with Solution Sales Executives on account strategy and territory planning.
• Leverage AI-driven insights, account intelligence, and SAP CRM to drive prospecting effectiveness and pipeline growth.

What you bring

• Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or another customer-facing role.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong prospecting and communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• A proven ability to generate meetings, opportunities, or pipeline through outbound activities.
• Experience engaging multiple stakeholders within enterprise or mid-market organizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS, Customer Experience, Cloud, ERP, or AI solutions is preferred.
• A commercial mindset with a passion for creating new business opportunities.
• Curiosity, resilience, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You'll join the SAP Customer Experience Solution Sales Team for Switzerland, a high-energy and collaborative team dedicated to driving growth and helping customers succeed.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our sales process, identifying and qualifying new opportunities before partnering with Solution Sales Executives to advance them. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Regional Leadership, you'll have access to continuous coaching, enablement, and AI-powered tools to help you grow your impact and accelerate your career at SAP.
