Senior Human Resources Business Partner:in

Lead diverse HR initiatives within a global environment. Partner directly with business leaders and contribute to key people initiatives. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

• Advise stakeholders on Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
• Support annual HR processes such as performance reviews, talent management, and compensation cycles.
• Coordinate with payroll, talent acquisition, legal, and shared services teams.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management.
• Contribute to HR projects and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or in a similar HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
• Solid background in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools; Broad and diverse HR Business Partner role with high visibility across the business.
• Direct collaboration with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Hands-on involvement in both strategic and operational HR topics.
• Autonomous role with significant exposure to employee relations and HR projects.
