Dans le cadre de son développement, CACEIS recherche un(e) VIE HR Analyst pour soutenir les équipes Ressources Humaines et Finance dans leurs activités quotidiennes et leurs projets transverses. 1. Accompagnement des activités Ressources Humaines A. Reporting RH et analyse de données • Participer à la collecte, la consolidation et la vérification des données RH. • Contribuer à la mise à jour des tableaux de bord et indicateurs RH. • Aider à la préparation des reportings internes et Groupe et veiller à la fiabilité des données. B. Support budgétaire et rémunération • Contribuer à la préparation des dossiers pour les exercices de budgétisation RH. • Participer à la consolidation des données d'effectifs et de coûts de personnel. • Assister les travaux préparatoires aux campagnes de rémunération annuelle et la mise à jour des outils de suivi, sous supervision. C. Support administratif et projets RH • Apporter un support aux activités administratives RH. • Contribuer à la vérification des données dans les outils RH et à la préparation des communications internes. 2. Accompagnement des activités de la finance A. Suivre la tenue de la comptabilité générale de la société • Suivre la comptabilité Client, • Suivre la comptabilité Fournisseur, B. Etablir et remonter les indicateurs d'activité à la Direction Générale et à CACEIS Groupe C. Elaborer le budget annuel et effectuer l'analyse budgétaire • Etablir le budget annuel, • Effectuer une analyse budgétaire, D. Assurer le traitement de la paie dans l'outil comptable • Enregistrer les écritures de paie en comptabilité. Le VIE est un contrat particulier, réservé aux Ressortissants français, âgé(e)s de moins de 29 ans. Il est soumis aux conditions d'éligibilité Business France (pour toute information consultez le site candidat : Première expérience en tant qu'analyste RH ( gestion des effectifs, prévisions financières), contrôle de gestion social Formation universitaire ou Ecole de Commerce Spécialisation Finance d'entreprise ou Ressources Humaines un plus .
