If you are passionate about delivering exceptional restaurant service and have the required experience, we are looking for you. Join our team as Head Waiter!
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every guest feels welcome, valued, and cared for in our main dining restaurant. You will oversee the smooth and efficient service of dishes, guide your team of Waiters, and maintain the highest standards of dining service in a dynamic, energetic environment. Your leadership and attention to detail will directly impact on the quality of our service, contributing to guest satisfaction and the overall success of our restaurant.
Your ability to manage and train a team of servers, organize the flow of service, and maintain impeccable standards will be critical. By ensuring that each meal service is executed correctly you will directly influence our guests' satisfaction, contributing to their overall enjoyment and loyalty to the cruise line.
Minimum two years as a manager of a restaurant within a 5-star hotel environment or as a Head waiter on board of cruise lines.
Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar position, preferably within the cruise industry or in upscale restaurants.
Excellent English communication skills, both with guests and your team. The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, delivering service with speed, precision, and a smile.
A team-oriented mindset, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service.
