Your Journey So FarTo be successful in this role, we expect you to have: 

Proven experience in a similar position as Bar Waiter/Waitress in an international cruise line or five-star hotel/resort. 

Solid knowledge of an international bar list and the ability to serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. 

Previous experience in a high-volume setting, ideally in the hospitality or cruise industry. 

Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written). 

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment. 

A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create lasting memories for guests. 

Your EssentialsTo join our team, you must have: 

Relevant qualifications and experience in the bar or hospitality industry. 

Fluency in English (oral and written). Additional language skills are a plus. 

Proven practical experience in the same or similar role, ideally within an international cruise company or high-end hotel/resort with a diverse bar menu. 

Strong knowledge of bar techniques, drink preparation, and service standards. 

A proactive, friendly, and approachable attitude with the ability to work in a team and independently. 

Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standard.
