Your Purpose

As a Casino Head Technician aboard our cruise line, you are the driving force behind ensuring the seamless operation of all gaming equipment in the casino. Your Journey So Far

To be successful in this role, you have:

Proven experience as a Casino Head Technician, ideally aboard a cruise ship or within a land-based casino environment

Extensive knowledge of casino gaming equipment, with a focus on slot machines and technical troubleshooting

Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high levels of performance and coordination

Experience in maintaining all technical aspects of gaming operations, including verifying payouts, overseeing jackpots, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth casino operations

Your Essentials

Relevant qualifications in casino technology or a related technical field

Fluency in English, both oral and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Proven experience in a similar role within a casino environment, preferably on board a cruise ship or within a land-based casino

In-depth knowledge of slot machines, jackpot procedures, and casino equipment maintenance

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both guests and team members

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
