Your PurposeAs a Casino Inspector aboard our cruise ship, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all casino operations are carried out in a fair, legal, and safe manner. 

You will oversee the gaming environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations. 

By maintaining the integrity of the casino’s operations, you will provide peace of mind to our guests, assuring them that they are experiencing an environment based on transparency and fairness.

Your ImpactAs a Casino Inspector, you will directly influence the success and safety of our casino operations. Your ability to monitor, detect, and prevent fraudulent activities will contribute to an environment of trust and enjoyment for our guests. 

You will work closely with the casino management team to provide insightful reports, offer training, and ensure that all personnel are aligned with our high standards of operation.

1. Previous Experience: You have prior experience as a Casino Inspector, Casino Supervisor, or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of casino operations, regulatory compliance, and the importance of fair play.

2. Fluent in English: Your ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, ensures that you can effectively interact with guests, employees, and management in a professional and clear manner.

3. Attention to Detail: You possess a sharp eye for detail and have honed the skills needed to identify discrepancies or irregularities in gaming operations, ensuring all activities adhere to established guidelines.

4. Regulatory Knowledge: You are well-versed in the gaming laws and regulations that govern casinos, and you stay updated on any changes or developments within the industry to maintain full compliance.

5. Leadership and Training: You have experience leading teams, training casino staff on proper protocols, and fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism within the gaming environment.

Your EssentialsWe’re looking for someone who embodies these qualities:

1. Experience Required: A minimum of two / three years of experience in a casino inspector or similar position is required, with a deep understanding of casino operations and compliance standards.

2. Fluency in English: Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with both guests and the casino team.

3. Strong Knowledge of Casino Regulations: An in-depth understanding of gaming regulations and industry standards.

4. Excellent Observation Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot irregularities in gaming activities, as well as understanding when to escalate issues.

5. Professional Demeanor: You are professional, trustworthy, and ethical in all aspects of your work, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.

6. Flexibility: You are comfortable working on flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to monitor casino operations around the clock.
