About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our remote team and support growth within the Swiss market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to optimize client experience
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in Switzerland
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluency in English; German, French, or Italian is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets
