Associate Director, New Market Introduction and Life Cycle Lead

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director to lead cross-functional new market introductions and product lifecycle management for a MASH therapeutic. The role manages global launch readiness, supply chain coordination, regulatory compliance, and post-launch stabilization across multiple functions and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Build integrated operational readiness playbooks with milestones, owners, and decision points
- Drive go-live governance, post-launch stabilization cadence, and escalation protocols
- Coordinate packaging, labeling, distribution, trade compliance, and inventory positioning dependencies
- Manage lifecycle changes for Rezdiffra including new presentations and supply chain modifications
- Lead wholesaler selection and contracting; manage phase-in/phase-out of product versions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
- 10–12 years of international pharmaceutical launch and program leadership experience
- Demonstrated cross-functional program leadership and dependency management skills
- Regulated supply chain experience with European and global distribution expertise
- Launch planning, cutover governance, and go/no-go facilitation competency
- Risk and issue management discipline with executive communication capabilities
