Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Director of Global Strategic Marketing for its Aesthetic and Reconstruction Business to lead commercialization strategy for new product innovations. This remote role shapes market strategy from insight generation through execution, translating clinical and customer research into differentiated, commercially viable offerings for surgical and aesthetic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute global insight generation programs with key opinion leaders and stakeholders
- Develop core commercial strategy for pipeline innovations including positioning and messaging
- Lead market opportunity assessments, segmentation analysis, and whitespace identification
- Define go-to-market strategy, launch sequencing, and adoption roadmaps
- Partner with clinical, regulatory, and regional teams on evidence strategy and localization
Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategic marketing for medical devices or healthcare innovation
- Demonstrated expertise in new product commercialization and go-to-market strategy
- Strong track record leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced market research, segmentation, and opportunity assessment skills
- Knowledge of clinical development, regulatory pathways, and healthcare compliance
- Proven ability to develop brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks
