Associate Director/ Director Customer Engagement, International

BridgeBio Pharma seeks an Associate Director or Director of Customer Engagement for its International division based in Zug, Switzerland. This commercial leadership role focuses on building and executing an omnichannel customer engagement strategy across digital and personal channels for healthcare professionals and patients in international markets.
Responsibilities
- Define and own International omnichannel customer engagement strategy for healthcare professionals and patients
- Design customer journeys, channel mix sequencing, and touchpoint engagement across digital and personal channels
- Oversee International digital channel landscape including disease-awareness websites, HCP portals, and social media
- Establish content operations standards, modularization requirements, and localization governance across markets
- Develop omnichannel measurement framework with KPIs and generate insights from campaign and CRM data
Requirements
- Deep expertise in omnichannel and digital customer engagement strategy
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital tech infrastructure
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI definition, and campaign measurement
- Knowledge of digital channels including websites, social media, and email marketing
- Ability to work in fast-paced, hands-on environments with adaptability
