Senior Manager, Medical Excellence, International
BridgeBio Pharma
BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Senior Manager to lead medical excellence initiatives across international medical affairs. The role involves developing scientific communications, managing medical education content, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting training programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop scientific communication plans and key messages from international perspective with Medical Directors
- Create high-quality scientific and medical education content for congresses, symposia, and internal training
- Ensure all communications are accurate, balanced and compliant through MLR review process
- Design and deliver onboarding and training programs to build medical affairs capability
- Manage relationships with medical communications agencies and vendors for quality deliverables
Requirements
- Deep expertise in scientific and medical communications
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance and MLR review processes
- Ability to work in fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Background managing medical communications agencies and external vendors
- Knowledge of medical education and field medical operations
