About the role:

As we move into our next phase of growth, we’re on the lookout for Partner Relationships Managers to build, develop and scale high-performing partnerships across our key markets in Europe.

In this role, you will be the commercial owner and trusted relationship lead for a portfolio of strategic partners, helping them turn the myPOS proposition into sustainable merchant acquisition, transaction volume and revenue growth, and act as a key link between local stakeholders and central teams.

This position owns partnerships inSwitzerland, requiring a strong understanding of local partner ecosystems and go-to-market models.

What you’ll do:

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic partners in Switzerland (e.g. ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, commerce and technology partners);

• Acting as their primary commercial contact and trusted day-to-day relationship manager, building long-term, trusted relationships;

• Drive partner activation from signed agreement to sustainable commercial performance, ensuring that partners are fully onboarded, trained, sales-ready and actively bringing myPOS to market;

• Identify and unlock growth opportunities across the existing partner base, including new merchant segments, verticals, regions, sales channels, product adoption opportunities and cross-sell potential;

• Help partners define and execute effective go-to-market motions for myPOS, including reseller models, referral programmes, bundled offerings, merchant migration campaigns, vertical-specific propositions and joint customer-acquisition activities;

• Coordinate with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, partner communications, case studies, events, webinars, lead-generation initiatives and sales collateral that help partners acquire merchants;

• Monitor local market trends, partner performance, and competitive landscape.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or strategic alliances;

• Proven experience working with technology, SaaS, platform, or reseller partners;

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, or partner-led growth models;

• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills;

• Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Analytical and data-driven approach to performance tracking;

• Fluent in English and applicable local language(s).
