- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer nationalen Warehouse-Strategie in einem komplexen Distributionsumfeld
- Führung und Begleitung der lokalen Warehouse-Verantwortlichen sowie Förderung einer leistungsorientierten Führungskultur
- Sicherstellung eines effizienten und wirtschaftlichen Betriebs mehrerer Lager- und Distributionsstandorte in der ganzen Schweiz
- Analyse relevanter Leistungskennzahlen und Umsetzung gezielter Massnahmen zur Steigerung von Produktivität, Qualität und Service Levels
- Harmonisierung von Prozessen, Arbeitsweisen und Standards innerhalb der gesamten Warehouse-Organisation
- Förderung des standortübergreifenden Austauschs sowie Implementierung von Best Practices im Netzwerk
- Leitung von Optimierungs- und Weiterentwicklungsinitiativen in den Bereichen Warehouse Management, Automatisierung und Operational Excellence
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Supply Chain, Operations, IT sowie weiteren internen und externen Stakeholdern The Successful Applicant:
- Höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Führungs- und Managementerfahrung innerhalb einer Warehouse-, Logistik- oder Supply-Chain-Organisation
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer Standorte innerhalb einer nationalen oder regionalen Struktur
- Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Verbesserung von Produktivität, Servicequalität und Kostenstrukturen
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für KPI-Steuerung, Reporting und datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung
- Starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Präsenz im operativen Umfeld sowie der Fähigkeit, Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen
- Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen, Prozessen und Teams in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse moderner Warehouse-Management-Systeme sowie idealerweise automatisierter Lager- und Kommissionierlösungen
- Erfahrung im Grosshandel, in Distributionsnetzwerken oder vergleichbaren logistischen Umfeldern von Vorteil What's on Offer:
