Manager, International Business Systems

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a Manager for International Business Systems to lead a team supporting critical Order to Cash applications, primarily Salesforce, across the International Business Unit. The role involves managing application stability, directing system enhancements, and scaling technology solutions as the business expands into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team of application analysts, system administrators, and testers on daily application activities
• Oversee International Order to Cash application portfolio, primarily Salesforce, ensuring performance and stability
• Translate business strategy into user stories, requirements, and feature requests with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
• Direct large-scale projects supporting new product launches and geographic expansion initiatives
• Mentor team members and drive technical decision-making aligned with business goals and budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or vocational education plus 6+ years experience
• 6+ years relevant experience in application management or business systems
• 4+ years leading or directing people and/or project teams
• Fluency in English (C1 level) with technical communication ability
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate strategy into requirements
• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise business applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical concepts and vendor relationships
