Our mission is to help professionals unlock their potential and thrive in dynamic, future-ready careers.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements, translating business needs into technology solutionsAnalyse, structure and model client, contact, legal entity and relationship data to support CRM and Sales processesDefine business data requirements, data ownership and quality controls for client and relationship informationPerform data mapping and source-to-target analysis across CRM platforms and related front-office systemsImprove the accuracy, consistency and usability of client data, client hierarchies and business partner relationshipsProduce business requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specificationsCollaborate with architects and developers to deliver CRM enhancements, integrations and data solutionsSupport testing, implementation and adoption of CRM capabilitiesYOUR PROFILEBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline7+ years of business analysis experience within banking or financial servicesStrong experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management processesProven experience in client data management, data modelling and relationship modellingHands-on experience with data mapping, source-to-target mapping and data migration activitiesUnderstanding of Customer Master Data / Golden Source concepts, data governance and data quality frameworksExperience with business partner structures, client hierarchies and legal entity dataExperience integrating CRM platforms with upstream and downstream systems via APIs and interfacesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specificationsKnowledge of Client Onboarding, Sales, Client Coverage or Wealth Management processes is advantageousCommunicates clearly across functions and cultures, influences decisions without formal authority, and navigates complex organisations to drive outcomesQuickly troubleshoots issues, applies sound judgement in controlled environments, and remains focused on delivery despite ambiguity or changing prioritiesWorks independently and proactively in global teams, contributes to collaborative Agile ways of working, and maintains a team-first mindset to achieve shared goalsFluency in English; German is an advantageDue to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from EU citizens or holders of valid working permit in Switzerland. #J-18808-Ljbffr
