Working closely with the Siemens Mobility Leadership Team, you will contribute to key business initiatives, collaborate with decision-makers, and help identify new growth opportunities in a dynamic and international setting. From day one on, you will take ownership, build valuable networks, and develop the skills needed for a successful future at Siemens. 

Your Opportunity

As a graduate with a strong technical and business focused graduation, you will support Siemens Mobility Switzerland in driving strategic growth and business transformation. 

In this role, you will: 

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments 

• Support strategic planning and business development initiatives 

• Develop business cases and evaluate growth opportunities 

• Contribute to portfolio and go-to-market strategies 

• Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams 

• Deliver data-driven insights to support management decision-making 

• Drive projects related to digitalization, sustainability, and business transformation 

• Build a strong network across Siemens Mobility and the broader Siemens organization 

What you bring

Education & Experience

• An excellent master's degree in business administration, Economics, Management & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, Innovation Management, or a comparable field 

• Maximum one year of professional work experience after completing your master's degree 

• At least four months of international experience gained through studies, internships, exchange programs, or research projects abroad 

• Flexibility and mobility throughout the program duration 

• Passion for innovation, business development, and the future of mobility 

• Fluency in Englisch and German
