Technology & Operations Risk Management - Full time

The one thing they all have in common is that they seek to challenge the status quo, are imaginative and have the ability to offer a fresh perspective.Your role is within the 1st line of defense risk management function for Technology and Operations on a global basis covering all operational risk drivers in order to ensure that risks in the business are identified and appropriately managed.A key focus will be on Information Security, Data Management and Technology Risks, including but knowledge of all Operational Risks related to front to back Bank and Operational processes would be advantageous.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Contribute to and in where agreed lead the identification, assessment, reporting and risk mitigation measures focusing on Technology, Information Security and Data Management Risks ;Review and analyze complex incidents, lead discussions on lessons learned and provide robust and effective challenge ;Attend, and where appropriate lead steering committees to support risk remediation efforts, monitor, track, document and report on risk remediation activities ;Support and challenge the team and functional heads with the execution of the agreed Risk and Control Self-Assessment plan ;Challenge and monitor the effectiveness and execution of first line key controls via control testing, risk monitoring and risk scenario analysis ;Improve the existing key risk and performance indicators (production, analysis and escalation) and the associated risk appetite level ;Embed a supportive Risk culture across all functions within Technology & Operations by promoting and supporting a culture of high sensitivity to risks ;Collaborate with the first and second line of defense on implementing and improving risk management processes and controls.DESIRED PROFILEThe ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of operational risk management processes with a focus in the IT risk and Information Security and Data Management domain (knowledge of COBIT, ITIL desirable) ;Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk management (or similar control function) ;Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English ;Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels ;Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and deal with conflict resolution ;Swiss Resident.If you recognise yourself in this description, then please do apply.
