L'opportunitéBasée à Eysins, Puig Suisse distribue ses produits de parfumerie et de beauté auprès des partenaires agréés en Suisse, dans le but de séduire clients et consommateurs, aussi bien en magasin qu’en ligne, grâce à l’attractivité de ses marques et de ses produits.Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Area Manager (Région Vaud, Valais, Tessin), responsable du développement du chiffre d’affaires, de la part de marché, de la visibilité des marques et de l’excellence retail sur son secteur. Il/elle développe des partenariats stratégiques, garantit l’exécution de la stratégie commerciale et contribue à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux grâce à une forte proximité terrain. Véritable relais entre les partenaires commerciaux et les équipes internes de Puig, il/elle identifie les opportunités de croissance et pilote la performance commerciale afin d’assurer une exécution irréprochable de nos marques.Principales responsabilitésDéveloppement commercial gestion des clientsÉtablir et développer des relations de confiance avec les clients de son portefeuille.Piloter le sell-in et contribuer activement au développement du sell-out.Être le principal point de contact de ses clients et assurer un suivi régulier de leurs besoins.Présenter les nouveautés, négocier leur référencement et optimiser leur visibilité en point de vente.Participer à l’élaboration et à l’exécution des plans d’actions pour attendre les objectifs.Excellence Retail VisibilitéGarantir la bonne exécution des lancements, animations et opérations promotionnelles.Négocier et suivre la mise en œuvre des activations de podiums et espaces promotionnels.Assurer le respect des standards merchandising et de visibilité des marques.Suivre la visibilité de nos marques via les outils internes de reporting Retail.Commander les testeurs, supports merchandising et matériels promotionnels.Assurer une excellente exécution en magasin tout au long de l’année.Participer à la vente lors des périodes commerciales clés.Pilotage de la performanceSuivre les indicateurs clés de performance (sell-in, sell-out, couverture de stock, visibilité, part de marché).Analyser les performances des points de vente et proposer des plans d’action correctifs.Suivre les niveaux de stock et les assortiments des points de vente stratégiques.Réaliser une veille concurrentielle sur les prix, promotions et activités du marché.Suivre la mise en œuvre du plan d’action commercial et l’adapter afin d’atteindre les objectifs annuels.Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Puig et les autres parties prenantes afin d’assurer la réussite des lancements et des initiatives commerciales.Former sur les produits et les nouveautés.Favoriser un environnement collaboratif, orienté résultats et excellence.Formation :Formation commerciale ou universitaire en commerce, marketing ou équivalent.Expérience:Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente, key account management ou retail management.Expérience réussie dans la beauté, des parfums, des cosmétiques, du luxe ou FMCG premium.Bonne connaissance du marché suisse et des réseaux de distribution sélective.Une expérience dans la gestion d’équipes terrain constitue un atout.Langues : Français courante ou langue maternelle, anglais professionnel, allemand intermédiaire requis, l’italien constitue en atout.Compétences:Forte orientation business et résultats.Sens du client et orientation service.Organisation, autonomie et gestion des priorités.Excellentes compétences relationnelles et d’influence.Esprit entrepreneurial et approche terrain.Leadership et aptitude à développer les équipes.Maîtrise des outils MS Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint.Permis de conduire valable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
